PROCESS WE FOLLOW TO ENSURE THE BEST QUALITY

Recycled plastic is melted using an extruder.

3 roll calendar units are used to convert melted plastic into sheets.

Aluminium sheets are placed on the plastic sheet ( polyethylene core.

Plastic sheets are laminated on both sides.

Hot roll( oil circulation inside the roller to heat the steel rollers) composite section for pressing of Top and bottom aluminium coil on a plastic sheet( having adhesive film on both sides).

Just to be ensured that our product is ready to be used, we check its bond and strongness.
